uniConnect
uniConnect application is the dialer for making outgoing calls using iPhone.
1. Quick Call
For those web sites (as well as text) that do not yet support Click to Dial, one can copy and paste telephone numbers into this dialer allowing calls to be made quickly and easily.
2. FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence)
uniConnect application integrates iPhone with CommuniGate Pro system which would make it possible for employees to make outgoing calls displaying designated corporate ID or office telephone numbers thus preventing one's personal cellphone number from being revealed. Parties on the other end will only see incoming calls with designated corporate IDs or corporate phone
numbers.
Calls can be routed by uniConnect application in 2 ways:
- HTTP call-back connecting
- DTMF call-through
